The Magalies Water Capital Investment Committee approved plans for a dedicated contact centre – to streamline queries from all our stakeholders. The contact centre is expected to be completed in 2016. The new centralised contact centre will be purposefully designed to enhance interaction between Magalies Water and all its stakeholders; improve their overall experience with us – and streamline queries.

The practical implication of it is that any query will be handled, tracked, resolved and reported on – from one single contact point. This is just another illustration of Magalies Water’s commitment to place our customers at the heart of our business.
