Dr Mosidi Makgae

Dr Makgae has both operational and strategic type experience whilst serving on numerous Boards as an Executive and a Board Member. Her general management skills and experience have been a complete exposure at a high level in a complex and often changing environment. Dr Makgae is conversant with the theoretical frameworks and practical norms of the strategic and functional portfolios at the management level for operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with general governance and the reporting standards in the public sector. Dr Makgae has a deep understanding of the Water Sector value chain challenges and public sector governance issues with a strong working knowledge of the Public Finances Management Act and other legislations regulating business functions.
