We accept registration forms only from companies not currently registered as suppliers with Magalies Water; duplicate request forms will not be accepted. When completing the request form, be sure to provide all required information as incomplete request forms will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your completed registration, we will enter your company’s information into our database.
SBD forms
Duplicate or incomplete submissions will not be processed. Ensure that all required sections are fully completed and all supporting documentation is attached.
