Magalies Water’s procurement policies and procedures are purposefully designed to comply with our statutory obligations, in particular the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000. We support Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), a government policy to advance economic transformation and enhance the economic participation of black people in the South African economy. A significant portion of our procurement budget is spent on small, medium and micro Enterprises (SMMEs).
