We Share Our Successes and Lessons Learned
Issuing an annual report is a legal imperative of Magalies Water – to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Public Finance Finance Management Act, (Act 1 of 1999) and the Water Services Act, (Act 108 of 1997).
This annual report presents a comprehensive overview of all our activities and financial performance in the preceding year. Apart from meeting our legal obligations in this regard, it is also important for us to be completely transparent with our Shareholder, the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) – and all our stakeholders.
